The Industrial zone of the development will house:

  • Industrial clusters of auto ancillary, electronics and white goods, food & beverage (F&B), fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and logistic industries.

  • Ready-Built Factories (RBF) / Built-to-suit (BTS) Facilities: Besides industrial plots for direct allocation to potential industrialists, ready-built factories and built-to-suit facilities will also be available for companies who require quick start-up solutions.

  • Amenity Center:The industrial zone will also feature an amenity center, which will provide essential supporting services to meet the needs of the working population within the zone.

The facilities include the following:

  • Proposed facilities such as a food court and restaurants.

  • Proposed supporting facilities such as medical clinics, postal services, mini mart, convenience shop, banks, travel agencies, childcare centers, estate management office, shared meeting rooms, and exhibition spaces.
